This report includes pictures and detailed narratives. The report is easy to read and includes a Table of Contents, a Report Key and inspection overview. All our Full Inspections include a wood boring insect inspection (termites) and a termite certificate for your lender.

Pre-Listing Four Point Inspection Report - This report contains the analysis of the heating/AC, plumbing, electrical and roofing systems. Data is collected and a summary is written at the site. This type of report costs less than our Full Inspection Report. This is an ideal report for someone thinking of selling their home. This report will give a clear understanding of any major stumbling blocks affecting the selling or buying of a particular property.

First Year Anniversary Inspection

Newly constructed homes typically carry only a one-year builder's warranty.  Once that first year expires, who knows what kind of expensive, "surprise" you might encounter.  Our First Year Anniversary Inspection, a detailed, visual evaluation of your home, can help you find out how your home has aged during its first year.  Moreover, we provide information on the proper care and operation of your home's major systems.  Think of it as an owner's manual for the most important investment you will likely ever make.  Protect your new home and your investment by having a First Year Anniversary Inspection performed before your builder's warranty expires.

Termite Inspection  
Wood boring insects of wood damage to a home. We inspect for a variety of insects including termites, carpenter ants, and wood boring beetles. We also inspect for wood fungus and mold.
