It is January 28, 2010 and it one of the coldest days of the year here in the Long Island/New York City area. With wind chill it is around 10 degrees. Doing 2 inspections tomorrow and we will dress warm that is for sure. Make sure your outside water spickets either have a frost free type spicket or shut the water off to that line inside the house if possible.Nobody wants or needs any pipes to burst.
